Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus is a modern hotel in the heart of Rovaniemi and offers high quality accommodation, restaurants and conference services. The basic amenities of all room types are: TV, minibar, internet access, safety box, adjustable heating, air-conditioning, electric kettle, ironing board, trouser press, bathtub, shower, hair dryer.
A standard room accommodates maximum of 3 persons. Most of the rooms have separate beds and a sofa which can serve as an extra bed. There are also rooms with double bed. Most standard rooms are facing north and east and some of rooms have a connecting door. The living area of a standard room is 22 sqm.
Superior rooms are bit larger than standard rooms, from 22 to 32 sqm and accommodates maxi-mum 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms have a twin bed, and two extra beds can be made on a sofa. Most of the rooms are facing south or west.

23.12. Monday | Arrival
Flight on own arrangements to Rovaniemi, Finland.
On your first day in Rovaniemi, guide will take you to your accommodation Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus. Take some time to settle down before having a half board buffet dinner. If you wish to go to the sauna and relax after the journey, you can easily enjoy the sweet warmth of evening sauna. In the evening you will be served a Half Board Buffet Dinner.
24.12. Tuesday | Christmas Eve
07:00-10:00 Scandinavian buffet breakfast
12:00-15:30 Snow mobile safari to a husky farm
You will experience driving a common Lappish vehicle – snowmobile. You will also join a husky dog sleigh ride and learn about the husky farm. Hot beverages are served around a campfire at the farm before you drive back to Rovaniemi on snowmobiles.
Includes: thermal outfit, guidance in English, snowmobiling 2 person/snowmobile, fuel, traffic insurance (maximum personal liability €980), 3 km husky safari, information about huskies, hot beverage. After the safari it’s nice to relax at the hotel where you can be decorating Christmas trees and gingerbreads. In Finland this day is the day when Santa Claus will visit the children and will visit the hotel in the evening too. Small gift from the Hotel and max. one gift/child from the family (reasonable size gift).
In the evening you will get to enjoy a Christmas Eve Gala Buffet Dinner (dinner time of the group will be advised on the arrival day).
This day is the most important day of Christmas time for locals and this way you can also enjoy the cozy atmosphere on the same day by participating this wonderful gala night. An aperitif and one glass of house wine or beer or soft drink per person included.
25.12. Wednesday | Christmas Day

Free time during the day to explore Rovaniemi on own.
Christmas Gala Buffet Dinner in the evening (dinner time of the group will be advised on the arrival day).. Christmas Day is the most celebrated day of the Holidays in all over the world. You can enjoy the Christmas gala buffet dinner at the hotel and taste the delicious Lappish flavors in a festive atmosphere. Dinner includes an aperitif and one glass of house wine or beer or soft drink per person included.
20:00-24:00 Aurora Borealis Adventure
Search for the beautiful Northern Lights while enjoying an arctic evening close to the river. Be patient as the auroras love playing hide-and-seek; we never know if or when they will show up! While enjoying the peace of nature we fry sausages surrounded by the great aroma of the fire. Before returning to civilization, we drop by a cozy old building “Poro-Pekan Pirtti”. The hosts warmly welcome us and show us their dwelling, which takes us into the past. This relaxing escape will definitely satisfy all our senses.
Includes: program transfers, thermal outfit, guidance in English, snack by the fire, hot beverage, information about Northern lights, transfers during the program, use of camera tripods, tips on how to capture the lights.

Check-out time is at 11:00 so if you have an afternoon flight there is a complimentary luggage storage at the hotel.
